Kickin' it...

We worked on shoulders last night and tonight we did biceps, triceps, lunges and abs. 

Yep, over an hour of workoutyness and we only had to take 20 steps to our garage.  Wooo!  We're actually getting into a pretty good rhythm with swapping out weights (a little bit less for me!) and counting reps. 

I think we make a great team. 

It's a bummer that I'm going to be gone the next week doing Air Force stuff.  I can work out on my own, but I'll be staying up there so I won't have a workout partner.  Maybe this would be a good time to catch up on some cardio.
