We're having a Halloween potluck at work tomorrow and I wanted to do something neat for it.  I looked around online and found a couple of easy things to do.

One is to cut out the guts of a cauliflower and put guacamole in it.  I didn't feel like making guacamole, so I figured spinach artichoke dip would work just as well.  Here's the cauliflower shell with some red food coloring for panache.

And you can't have Halloween without cupcakes.  These mummy cakes were a great idea I pulled off a couple other websites.  I kept in mind that we are a racially sensitive society so I got both chocolate and yellow cake mixes and made mummies and little mini graveyards for both.  The gravestones are milano cookies cut in half.  I'm lucky I had enough because Eric kept stealing them!

But I had a great time with Ethan.  He still has an issue with the segregated storage bins, but I told him that I'd de-segregate them when I got to work.
