Yesterday was my sister's birthday. She's travelling right now, so she couldn't celebrate it properly, but I KNOW that there's a decent glass of wine somewhere in Virginia that will be offered to her upon her return.

Also, some great friends of ours welcomed their baby daughter into the world.  I'm glad they're both healthy and happy.  I can't wait to hug them both and steal the baby away, if only for a short while for hugs and kisses.
