Sleeplessness

by blondtwin Email

I get between  7 and 8 hours of sleep every night but, when I wake up, I don't feel rested at all.

One of the girls I know here, she's always talking about the weird dreams she has and, that's when I realized that either I'm not dreaming or I'm not remembering any of them.

The not remembering part I'm not concerned about.  It's the not dreaming part that concerns me.  I saw something locally about how a lot of folks have sleep problems in a war zone.  I suppose I could be included in the bunch.

All I know is I'm really tired all the time.  Could have a little to do with working more than 84 hours every week, too.

Don't worry mommy, I don't dream either. And when I do, they're very weird and often kind of ridiculous.

It is more likely that you are sleeping too hard to remember the dreams. That is very common. Your mind only gets to rest when you are sleeping. You have a lot going on. Stress causes to that not rested feeling. Most people only remember dreams in occasion. Love you!
