Oh, the pain...

My buddy and I are still doing some of the weight training from the Body for Life program.
One of the exercises involves laying across a bench and, holding a weight in your hands, extending the weight over your head, keeping your arms straight and then bringing it back up over your chest. It really works your core muscles.
Until tonight, I really liked the exercise. I tried using a 20lb weight and I think I might have pulled something. I switched to 15lbs after two sets but the damage was already done.
So, I've just taken some pain medication and will likely be passing out here in a few minutes. I saved the good stuff for when I really need it. Like tonight.
Who am I kidding? I can't have any of the good stuff - but this'll do.
