100 days of this?

by blondtwin Email

Wind.

They say that there's a hundred days of wind here.  And I live in a tent.

Every night now, the wind ripples around the tent, rattling the poles and making the tent billow.  One of the wall lockers got knocked over earlier, it was blowing so hard.

I was tired of living in a tent before the winds started their nightly lullaby.

I'm even more tired of it now.

So, would you say that "my wind" is preferred over the "wind" in Afghanistan?

Maybe you could duct tape the tent to the poles or whatever holds it up, just to make it a little bit tighter. Am I wishful thinking on that?
