I got a bunch of new clothes when I was on vacation because a lot of them didn't fit any more after having lost over 30lbs.  One of the shirts, while conservative, does um... dip a little low.  It shows a hint of cleavage.  Probably the only reason there isn't more showing is that, well, there isn't MORE.  *grin* 

After I caught one of the guys not making eye contact with me in a rather obvious way, I felt pretty self-conscious about the shirt for the rest of the day. 

Sometimes, though,  you could be wearing a burlap sack and it wouldn't make a difference, so, I try not to get too bothered by it. 

A close friend of mine just went through a cancer surgery, so, if you're a praying type, please keep her in your prayers!
