While I may have felt like Nanook of the North while taking these, unfortunately, I wasn't that warmly dressed.  It had me kicking myself for the four hour ride that I sent my PolarWear jacket back to Virginia, thinking I wouldn't need it again. 

How wrong I was. 

But, the mountains were beautiful.  I didn't get a lot of pictures, because I wanted to let the gunners do their jobs and not get in their way.  A couple of the sites we were supposed to visit were getting some snow or were still snowed in so we couldn't land.  It sucks because there were some folks who had to, after riding in the helicopter for over an hour, go back to their starting point.  That's the chances you take when travelling in the wintertime here, though.
