I've been promoted!

Yay! Right? Well... Yeah I guess.

More responsibility ~ same pay.

I must really like my job, huh? 

So, now I get to be a sort of team lead.  Trying to keep track of I.T. people is like herding cats.  Not impossible, but not easy either.
