Gotta Pay Attention For This One...

Tonight all we did was jo training in Aikido class. That's fine with me, because it gives me a break from teaching.
And I've had this yucky sinus thing going most of the week. So what if I was a little giggly and awkward during class tonight? I'm going to firmly blame it on the dayquil sinus and nyquil sinus I've been hopped up on for the last couple of days.
Yep, that's my story all right. Being inattentive when carrying a weapon - even a wooden one - can be a big mistake.

The a label should read: "lay off hopping up on too much Nyquil/Dayquil before exerting much effort,"

I just got over a cold with Alka Seltzer Cold & Flu, which worked great for me. You might want to try that if the Nyquil ends up being a no-go.

Alka Seltzer is one of those things that I have a hard time not hurling right back up. I think it's the mediciney fizziness. Or something. Blech.
