My friend and I started running on Monday.  Well, more like run/walk... but I was breathing the air here deeper than usual and I think that it gave me a sinus infection.  Because my sinuses have been going berzerk since then.   Dang crappy air quality here.

I finally bought some dayquil sinus and nyquil sinus today.  I was supposed to teach Aikido class tonight but I could feel the dayquil wearing off so I decided to just eat a quick supper and take some nyquil and call it a night.
