Remembering some of the Aikido movements, particularly weapons work, is a bit trying. But, I think we're progressing nicely. We're fine tuning some movements that they're familiar with, and, I'm introducing more as they get comfortable with them. One of the guys chuckles every time I throw the more senior student (who was teaching before). He feels like it's karma or something. *grin* This is one of the things we worked on today - kumijo (first).

Yeah, they were wondering why I was a little bit paranoid about getting comfortable with the weapon before doing kumijo...

I would NOT ask him to link to my blog, just share the link with him, and ask him to read if he has time, no pressure. And thank him for his time and go on. What I do love about your blog is... the truth in it. Not only you assume being "overly-sensitive" and getting "worried about looking stupid on [your] blog". Nicely honestly... who would not? :) But, you're voicing this out and building on top of this as an open road to self-improvement.
